Booking Policies

Thank you for choosing By Nasetia. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your final service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide proper notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.

No-Shows

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments.

Hair Preparation

Unless otherwise stated, hair should arrive free of excessive product buildup, oils, and tangles. Additional detangling fees may apply if extra preparation time is required.

Guests & Children

To ensure a relaxing and professional environment, only scheduled clients are permitted during appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payments

The remaining balance is due at the completion of your service. Accepted payment methods will be provided at checkout.

Service Satisfaction

Client satisfaction is important. Any concerns regarding your service must be communicated within 48 hours of your appointment.
